Refund and Returns Policy

Pellet Guarantee:
Pellets and Molds are guaranteed to be free of physical defects and to produce the diameter(s) ordered, using the alloy stated on the order form. For more details about diameter precision, please see my “about us” page.


Return Policy:
To return pellets or a mold that you feel is defective, send it to the address on the contact page. Defective pellets or molds will be replaced or refunded, your choice.
Returns are accepted only from the original purchaser and within 2 weeks of purchase.

New Financing Options

We now offer Klarna & Afterpay as payment options. These third-party payment methods  have a 4 interest-free payments option and Klarna offers a financing option on orders of $100 or more. Klarna may or may not list payment options & amounts on the checkout page, depending on the site of the order. If you want to use them to finance your purchase, choose them as your payment option and then click ‘ Place Order’. Simply add the items you want into the shopping cart and check out. These two new options will be available in the payment options area, and click ‘Place Order’. Then, follow the instructions on the subsequent screens to complete the order.
